At UKShop joy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your UKShop joy account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized local courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
